Dreamlight & Dragonfire currently does not process product purchases directly through dreamlightdragonfire.com.
Books and other available products are sold through third-party retailers and distributors, including Amazon and retailers supplied through IngramSpark.
Because purchases are made through those third parties, all returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and payment questions are handled according to the policies of the retailer where the purchase was made.
Please contact the retailer that processed your order for assistance.
Dreamlight & Dragonfire does not currently have access to customer payment information and cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by an outside retailer.
